There's an entire industry in India that revolves around fraudulent academic records. Until that country can sort its shit out or we can put more resources into verification, this is good.
An entire industry in Canada too. In addition to the legit postsecondary cash grab, there is an enourmous private "school" industry being operated out of every strip mall in the GTA. These "schools" are anything but educational institutions.
