Games about BBC and other fetishes were recently removed? It's a guess, no snark.
I don’t know if it was meant as a joke or pure innocence, but just in case :
BBC in the adult entertainment refers to a big black 🐓, hence the original joke on the "massive backlog" (log meaning penis I guess)
