This is yet another one of those ADHD posts where I'm pretty sure y'all are just pathologizing every aspect of your life because having ADHD is "cool" in places like Lemmy.
im 37 years old, i know how thirst feels unmedicated and in all those years i never had problems remembering to drink. the first three weeks of taking methylphenidat and i forgot it nearly everyday to the point of getting dizzy because the feeling of thirst is missing. i'm pretty sure i'm not pathologizing
