I know that a low dose of mmj is really helpful to a lot of people. If it's legal in your state/country I'd be inclined to look into that as an option.
Outside of that, valerian root, chamomile (celestial seasonings herbal tea has one called sleepytime which is nice), and for some people lavendar.
