The One with Jet Li is also a fun movie, it’s not anything amazing from a script perspective, but the soundtrack slaps and the matrix style fighting is hard to beat. Plus Jason Stathom with hair. Lol, I have my first appointment next week to get evaluated…

Im most social and my brain is finally working at 100% after being awake for 10 hours, realized in college when id be brain dead all day but at night itd go brr, just get all my assignments done when It finally felt fully tirned on, way more social after being awake for a while, napping only makes me more tired

Maybe we are supposed to use the medication to stay awake for 32 hours and then sleep 16?

You joke, but this is a real thing called non-24-hour sleepwake disorder. 32 hrs would be a bit extreme though, mine is more like 26-28 hrs.

25-27 is about right for me. When left on my own without responsibilities, such as back in my college days, my wakefulness hours would slowly rotate through the day/night. Nowadays, I still rotate a little when I have time off, only to have to painfully snap back when the time off is over— whether this is a weekend, a three day weekend, or actual vacation time.

And advice given to always keep the same sleep schedule whether you’re working or not? Fuck that. Fuck that with a red hot poker. Keeping my work schedule is strain— and strain needs relief sometimes. That “steady sleep cycle” advice is for other people. Genuinely, I mean that. Some people thrive under those circumstances. I don’t.
