Could it be that they’re morons? I mean. No offense to those in the armed services, but there’s a reason the minimum IQ requirements to enlist is roughly 20 points below the average score.
This doesn’t mean that our armed service members are all idiots, but it does illustrate the fact that there idiots allowed to walk among the ranks.
Thats the thing! They most definitely are not! My dad has a degree in computer science, (never did anything with it) and my mom has a degree in ... well accounting, but she is smart, I promise. I think they are just so incredibly gullible. You know that saying, its easy to trick someone with a lie but impossible to convince someone of the truth, or something like that. I think deep down, they know they are wrong, but they dont want to admit that they part of the problem.
If they are intelligent then the xenophobia and desire for authoritarian government to push policies that would be difficult to pass is what they rationally voted for. For well off intelligent racists who might get along with some minorities but see them as exceptions as opposed to the norm Trump is doing a good job.
Got to not see it through the eyes of someone who is concerned about the economy, health care, or international relations. But, bigots who have a long term idea of the America they want and willing to suffer economically for what they believe is a better future for their kind.
And those who are intelligent are good at arguing they aren't racist, which is why they are smart enough to come up with slogans like America first as opposed to ethnic cleansing and use of minorities in some positions to point as examples of how they are totally not racist.
Intelligence and common sense are not mutually exclusive. Dr. Oz is an accomplished surgeon, and a complete idiot.
Rudy Giuliani passed the NY State Bar Exam and is the poster child for window-licking buffoonery.
I've never heard this before. It's amazing.
