Ladies like myself, we are quick to jump into discussions about menopause to seek help and guidance. Well, no one is really talking about MAN-OPAUSE, men experience this decline in hormones and overall well-being too. Isn't that how it always happens? It just slowly creeps up on you. You think it's the world slowly decaying, but over time you realize you've been slowly fatigued and less motivated, etc?

At the very least I'm finding it is not just the world decaying. It's me too! Lol I was working with a doc on some of this, but had to stop for a time. But yes, the fatigue and loss of motivation was trending downward but then hit really hard about 3 years ago for me. Messed with my life in a very significant way.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for my upcoming Gyno appointment. I truly hope to find a HRT therapy plan that works. I'm dragging and I'm ready for a change!

If the gyno doesn't have an acceptable plan, maybe they can refer you to an endocrinologist. That's the next step for me I think after some scheduled testing.

Hopefully the gyno just has a good plan though. 🙂

I'll definitely post an update for sure.
