I'm so angry.
Ansd feel utterly powerless. How can this go on? What can I do to stop this?
We've known what was going on for decades. And it kept ramping up. Israel won't stop until Palestine doesn't exist.
Why are people acting like it's not like that??
They were forced to admit something bad was going on; their interests still fundamentally lie in blood and terror. The laboratory of oppression is too valuable, and so every excuse must be taken not to act, to act as little as possible, to maintain monopolies of power so they can arrest forward progress no matter how hard you push.
Any admission or hollow statement of solidarity is not a victory for you, but a step back and shallow feint from those who are still the committed enemies of all humanity.
If you want your leaders to stop contributing to the atrocities, you will likely need to kill them, or put yourself through as much danger and violence as if you had, and force them, bodily, to back down–which seems like a lot of extra work for a lot less benefit.
