Just for clarification male pattern hair loss is due to hair follicle sensitivity to DHT or dihydrotestosterone. It can happen wirh low of high testosterone. Its also why DHT blockers like finasteride and dutasteride are treatments and not testosterone replacement therapy. There is some evidence that TRT in men with low T and transgender women transitioning to men actually accelerates hair loss.

Interesting. Andropause is different in several way compared to menopause for women but it's the same, it several ways in terms of how you feel and lack of energy etc.
