are we talking individual charges, magnitude of charges, personal or societal impacts or crimes, like what scale are we using for "enough things". maybe i would like to be president one day in order to facilitate relations with greece, turkiye, and iran in an international kebab tournament with the prize being you get to take home all the leftover kebab and i want to win it committing the most trivial and frequent of crimes, like jaywalking in front of the police station parking lot.
