its the same thing the ohio govorner did when the trains derailed in 2023, refused to enact a state of emergency while claiming hes been "asking for help" which he dint do. he knows the dimwitted supporters arnt going to research futher into his claims, as long as he can prolong the disaster it gains them more support.
