If they extend their light rail, then that makes sense. Battery buses have come a long way. However ordering new buses, than having a bad contractor for the wiring seems a bit stupid to end it all over that.

It does make me wonder what the contract was like, if they couldn't claim against the contractor who installed faulty wiring.
