This screenshot just clawed a memory from the depths of my brain. I don’t even remember playing this game as a kid, but I vividly remember this character and art style.

It was made by Don Bluth. You might have seen his other game Space Ace, and you've definitely seen some of his movies, like An American Tale (Fievel), All Dogs Go To Heaven, Secret of NIMH, or Rock-a-doodle.
