Greekoid? Just a tongue-in-cheek translation of the Roman term Graeculus, meaning, strictly speaking, 'Little Greek', but in context derogatory. The idea of someone being disdained for being specifically Greek is, to most of the Anglosphere, somewhat bizarre, so the -oid ending is used to heighten the absurdity and make it clear that it's not meant (by the modern user) seriously.
