I mean. If it's Disney that gets the rights, as implied by the title, it's uh... not going to get better.

If it's the BBC that retains rights, then ... well, better than Disney, but that's a low bar!

Not sure how you're getting that from the title, but reading the article clarifies that's not the case at all. Also, not sure who you expect to be producing Dr. Who other than the BBC after 60+ years of doing so.

nah, disney are fucking off. Their chief complaint seems to be that locking down viewing of doctor who didn't give them the membership boost they wanted.

I was pirating it before it was cool. I also bought the first 9 seasons of the 2005 show. IDK why Disney decided to start their seasons from 1. There wasn't a decade+ gap in seasons.
