...was caught manipulating links to shopping sites to pay itself kickbacks?
...mined crypto in the background?
...installed a VPN without user consent or prompt?
...sells user data to AI developers?
Hard pass. Firefox and ublock origins get the job done just fine. On mobile ideally Fennec or IceFox, they remove the telemetry as well.
