McLaren puts tape on the wall as visual indicator for the grid position. The wall is unregualted, so last race some Red Bull engineer tried to remove the tape. RBR were handed a fine because the engineer attempted it after the formation lap started, otherwise it would have been OK for RBR to fiddle with it.
