wtf are you even on about? Did you even listen to the intro of the EP? They are talking about if it's possible to train AI with the understanding of reality from eastern philosophy and how to get it to benefit human wellbeing more. They're not talking about making an AI based religion.

Chandaria is a senior research fellow in Oxford. He has the academic chops to talk about this. The willfully ignorant person here is you.
