An Ethno-nationalist authoritarian populist with illiberal nativist and white-identity tendencies

Can you tell me what makes this distinct from fascism? And it doesn't matter what exactly you would call his brand of ethno-nationalism anyway, his views are racist and genocidal, in the same vein of Nazism and other far-right ideologies, and should be viewed as such.
