  • Brush: AP Shave Co. - w/Maggard SHD 26mm Badger
  • Razor: Chiseled Face Legacy Raw Titanium - (#69)
  • Blade: Personna Lab Blue (5)
  • Lather: Stirling Soap Co. - Deep Blue Sea - Soap
  • Post Shave: Barrister and Mann - Petrichor - Aftershave

Nice shave. My first time with a Bleu de Chanel dupe. Nice aquatic scent, but a tad too mainstream for my personal preferences.

Yes, but now you can do Bleu Teusdays ๐Ÿ˜Š

I didn't know that was a thing!

I think it's only a thing with me. I love Rod's use of 'Man' for his Creed series and have felt that he should extend it for high end fragrance dupes beyond Creed. Certainly Bleu de Chanel qualifies, so I tend to call the Deep Blue Sea dupe "Bleu Man". (Bleu is French for blue.) A Bleu Teusday is "Bleu Man" soap and splash followed by Bleu de Chanel. It's also a nod to how (from an English-speaker's perspective), the French always seem to reverse the letter order in words; Blue -> Bleu, NATO -> OTAN, IAT (international atomic time) -> TAI. There's more.
