Oh im sorry to hear that. I use it mainly on mobile too actually and have not struggled with what you mention.. The few times ive had issues ive had them quickly resolved by asking in their discord. I also watch their development rather closely and personally think their development speed is rather good compared other big companies, considering Ente is still a small team (but now expanding).
Only thing i could suggest is to jump into their discord and ask around about the issues you are facing, not optimal ik, but they are quick to reply there!
I do hope your issues get resolved swiftly.
