Okay, so, he's dressed up as a priest. Maybe he actually is one, maybe not, we don't know. It's still weird to dress up like a priest while holding a sign calling for the dismemberment of all priests.
Seems pretty metal to be suggesting that strangling someone with your own entrails would make the world a better place.
I would’ve added a BK crown with the collar for both

I was getting "I'm one of the good ones, honest" vibes. There's a subgenre of priest who tries to draw agnostics in by being relatable and everyday, in contrast to priests who adopt a pious elevated kind of style which outsiders can find off-putting. But of course it's a lot to infer from just a photo.
