Comic Strips is a community for those who love comic stories.
The rules are simple:
- The post can be a single image, an image gallery, or a link to a specific comic hosted on another site (the author's website, for instance).
- The comic must be a complete story.
- If it is an external link, it must be to a specific story, not to the root of the site.
- You may post comics from others or your own.
- If you are posting a comic of your own, a maximum of one per week is allowed (I know, your comics are great, but this rule helps avoid spam).
- The comic can be in any language, but if it's not in English, OP must include an English translation in the post's 'body' field (note: you don't need to select a specific language when posting a comic).
- Politeness.
- AI-generated comics aren't allowed.
- Adult content is not allowed. This community aims to be fun for people of all ages.

Can I also make my own canonical version of the bible?
Sure. Just add it to the pile.
Why not? That is what all these people did.
Yes, there's an XKCD for that too. Just change "standards" to "bible versions"
always had been meme
If you find enough people who agree to your canon
This is objectively the best canon, and everyone shall agree
As long as the Apocalypse isn't in there, I'm in
Everyone knows the doctor that created Mary Shelley in Frankenstein's novel doesn't have a name
Book's within arms reach but can't be bothered reading it cover to cover to confirm... but plausible.
The book is the captain's retelling of the ravings of the doctor as he lies dying on the ship. Followed by his retelling of the monster's story.
I don't recall the doctor's name ever being mentioned.
He’s just « The Doctor »
The creature (to avoid the M word) only learned speaking while listening to a family who lived in a cottage in the woolds and we get so much back story about them, it's amazing
And then a gorgeous Arab woman rolls up with a couple of servants in tow and that's how he learns to read. That book is plain nuts.
