The new facility has space for equipment storage and maintenance, including vehicles like this Utility Terrain Vehicle (UTV), also known as a side-by-side. That page only reflects NPSAR's situation.
I volunteer for CASARA, which is funded by the federal gov, military and some provincial. However, the ground crews and drone unit have different funding models. RCMP and BC provincial fund ground SAR, and drone unit for us is funded same as CASARA. Drone units in other areas are funded differently.
