I’ve been a sad slug today. No walk, no pull downs. Trying to at least do some chores to not fall behind.

It feels like any time I try to join a new group there are invariably adult cliques, and there’s no way to stick up for myself against bitchy people without becoming the focus of escalating drama. And it’s like do I try to adjust or just leave? It’s really isolating and discouraging.choose nice groups , just like you choose to be here :)
Yeah, it’s lovely here. It just seems like nice groups are like hens teeth and can be ruined by even one jerk.
I had a nice group irl but it required me to come home through my area after dark and it’s not safe to do that anymore. (The Ubers would be too expensive.)
