I'm torn. In an emergency it may be your only option... however it is clearly not good biscuit care. I vote ingenious in an emergency, travesty in all other situations

Yes, like doing a tracheostomy with a pen. In an emergency, you’re a hero. As standard of care in a hospital, suboptimal.
