Having a food processor is pretty handy if you make a lot of dips, sauces, pesto, mayo, chopping nuts.

Receiving a freebie is a bonus.

That's what I was thinking too. Heaps of middle eastern food that you wouldn't attempt doing without a food processor.

Ooh yes falafel! I have had one before when I had a bigger kitchen. Mainly want to easily chop a bunch of stuff once a week for meal prep..we'll see how it goes
