Middle managers like to pitch automated assembly options, and new factory construction will always include them. But the moment upper management looks at repair of maintaince costs on those automated systems, they go right back to paying someone $24 an hour to do that

That's besides my point. My job isn't safe simply because I myself can't build the AI to do it. This tweet isn't saying anything.
