The US has an air base in Qatar, it makes sense for Qatar to have an air base in the US.
Oh, so they need to project air power over Canada?
This is some Civ4 shit where you abuse the possibility of stationing troops in a friendly country and use that as a base to wage war.
It's gotta be like... a base meant for training their pilots right? There's no way they let Qatar just fly even so much as recon missions out of there right? And the main reason they're letting them build it here is one of those "investments" he keeps bragging about securing, right? I'm not going insane right?
