For those asking what kind of school does drug testing, The Pinnacle Schools in Huntsville, AL are one of those “troubled teen” schools that usually get shut down for abuse. No website for the place that I’ve found, but there’s this PDF: https://media.al.com/breaking/other/The%20Pinnacle%20Schools.pdf
It's not uncommon for schools to do it to let students park on campus and other stuff.
