Lol, they didn't discover shit, they're trying to correlate data to fit some kind of fucked up narrative in a campaign against... I don't know, but it's probably going to include lists of the "sick" who need to be "taken care of"
I thought „groundbreaking” would be sufficient indication of sarcasm, sorry. They discovered a correlation and went wild with it but to be honest science and medicine are rediscovering basic facts about autism all the time - this is just one more example. At this point science is also a bit to blame - we’re producing countless papers that are just data collecting because they don’t even attempt to find causal links, making it easy for politicians to spin it however they want. This is a double edged sword in any case because RFK could say it’s the Jews that are the problem tomorrow using exact same data.
