Unicode y sus weas.

Pusiste en utf-8 0xF0 0x9F 0xAB 0xA9 que corresponde al caracter u+1fae9

Según unicode.org el caracter se llama FACE WITH BAGS UNDER EYES y se tiene que ver así:

En mi local la fuente Noto Emojis no existe ese emoji. Curiosamente sí existe el anterior: 🫨 u+1fae8 "SHAKING FACE"
