So it was a sex joke.

Explanation: Women can have multiple orgasms much easier, so if they come in 2 minutes, they can just continue, while it's a bit more painful for men (implying they're cis and etc.).

My initial thought was winning some sort of competition, but nowbi think it just may have been the intended meaning.

Either way the antimeme remains unaffected
