I read it after watching Anime. The story and plot really goes deep. It's just not a random dark fantasy manga there is so much about it. The current Arc of Manga is really amazing and my favourite. I definitely recommend it.

I don't want to spoil it. It just sums up the first anime season. After that it becomes more complex and hard to describe in words.

In short "A monster trying to look something good and worthwhile in humanity".
