I’m a fan of living in Calgary and Alberta in general. I’m glad that council is taking another look at this.

The end of the article was a pivot. I was definitely surprised when a city/province that constantly complains about federal meddling looks for federal solutions to its problems.

This is a long-standing trend, though -- when in need, reach out; but guard any surpluses from the dirty RoC. And it goes internally, too -- I lived through the Klein years when we all lived 'Klein'(de:small).
