I remember reading this back in the ancient days.

Being exposed to this information as a preteen with a dial-up connection to my local BBS definitely affected my life, maybe for the better, maybe for the worse.

That being said, most of the recipes in this book are bullshit, don't trust them, but it is still fun and interesting reading as long as you accept it as sort of a science fiction how-to for the 1990s.
