There is a life satisfaction curve - in general people do get happier and more satisfied with their lives as they age, until 70 years old! and that's the way it's gone for me.

Did not enjoy childhood.

My 20s I was so happy to be out of school (still wake up every day happy to not be in school) but poor as fuck.

30s probably the most stressful, lowest sex drive, so busy with kids and bad relationship, just not fun.

But from my 40s on, I am having a great time. Still money trouble but everything else is great, I feel good and have fun.
