Application Tracking Systems have been around for ages, often obvious through the whole "I submitted my resume but now it's asking me to manually enter stuff" thing we've seen for the over last 10 years. What helps through that screening process is putting in the right keywords in the bullet points for your job role.

So something like "Administered XYZSystem, enhancing customer experience and satisfaction" relates it to skills or mindsets you bring to a role.

If you've got that and they reasonably relate, or directly mirror wording on a job posting, you've got a fair shot of being interviewed by a person.
