The field for this is kind of open. The interface to floor heating units is generally compatible with the standard for specific countries. In the US they have an interface to work with general thermostats, and the same in most places. So you SHOULD just be able to get a multi zone thermostat that's compatible with whatever you want and be able to hook it into the system you choose. Obviously confirm with the manufacturer before buying anything.
