He's finally figured out there's no way Russia can win this war and he wants to come in and claim all the credit for it when Ukraine wins.

No, it's cause he talked most recently with Zelenskyy.

Once he has a 5 minute conversation with putin, it'll be back to the "Ukraine just needs to stop fighting back and everything will be ok."

Whoever the last person that tells him he's a special boy says, is what he repeats.
