They exist! I don't know if Pringles makes any themselves, but there are a bunch of copycat brands that sell them that you can find online.

They're... okay. The coating completely overwhelms the chip so it mostly just tastes like salted chocolate. Not bad, but nowhere near worth what they charge for the things.
