That would be a blatant first amendment violation. Their capitulation is the only thing making the threat function.

No it "would" not be, it is. Don't know if you've noticed but our gov hasn't cared about the constitution for a long time, and no time less than today where people are being deported and imprisoned in concentration camps with no due process.

Trump has gone on record saying he does not care about the law.

Yes they are in the one legal exception, federal territory. Thank you for emphasizing my point for me. There are still limits as long as we don't give up and keep pushing back. People like you lamenting "it doesn't matter anymore" online constantly are just unwitting propaganda mouthpieces for the fascist takeover.

I certainly did see them canvassing DC. I am not "giving" anything. I'm just discussing the finances of the situation.
