Sinclair is already a monopoly that holds 100x more influence than any company should ever be allowed... therefore all participants motivations are entirely criminal; only to further entrench their pre-existing illegal monopoly.
Disney has a lot of power though. They control alot of media. What food is an affiliate who can't broadcast anything.
