Translation 4 inconvenient people were silenced by officers. By forcibly removing them from the scene. Knowing full well the CPS will likely not press charges.
Given there is no way any court will consider the purpose as causing distress. As required by the act.
Do not overeatimate the cps they are cynical cunts. Or the judges.
