For those bitching about the lack of a link, I already had this story open on apnews.com. It's right there, just a search away.

Anyway, solid ruling I think, and not just because I feel for the guy. The terrorism charge was brought to hit him with the death sentence, otherwise about impossible to bring in New York State. The charge was transparent from the beginning, glad a court shut it down.
