Ukraine
Rules:
-
No sympathy with the enemy or its collaborators. Russian and North Korean soldiers are fascists committing a genocide. Remember that.
-
Objective and factual reporting from the battlefield, parliaments, etc. is encouraged, even if it's about bad news for Ukraine.
-
Insulting Putin and his cronies (Orban, Trump, Musk,...) is absolutely fine but don't use homophobic or similar language against them. Members of the queer community don't deserve to be compared to that scum. Also: Putin disciminates against gay people. If you do as well, you're part of the problem.
-
Don't insult or use overly harsh language against other commentators.
-
Don't submit direct links to Twitter/X and Truth Social posts. You may: Post a screenshot + quote, do a full quote and name the author, direct link to a proxy service like xcancel.com, deep link an image embedded in a tweet because Lemmy will cache a copy.
-
Don't just complain about paywalls. If you encounter one, be a sport and link to an archived version instead. Use Firefox + uBlock Origin with the annoyances filters enabled and https://filterlists.com/lists/bypass-paywalls-clean-filter to avoid encountering many in the first place.

He was an attack dog, like almost all right wing internet pundits. This is what he was paid by the billionaires to do. If his taskmasters told him the new orders were to attack Zelenskyy, then by god that was what he did. I seriously doubt he ever had an original thought. Well, his racism was extra extra, I think that part he did for free.
1 thing connecting all these pundits, funded by an oligarch of russia to spread message of culture wars. the GOP and by extension the old guard DNc depends on culture wars to remain relevant.
You don't need to include Russia, directing people to the .001% of foreign propaganda when our own billionaires control every news outlet and most social media we see serves to muddy the waters.
Yes, its funny that both Putin, Trump, and Warren Buffet want the same thing; a divided proletariat, fearful that minorities and foreigners want to take the scraps we're left with.
