The /c/fediverse mod has been maintaining this wiki page with the same info https://piefed.social/community/fediverse/wiki/piefed-app although this post is more visible, so I've stickied it.

I made a few posts in communities for other Lemmy clients to see if any of them are interested in also supporting Piefed, it might be cool to make a table to track support requests for ones that would be down but haven't started the work yet and would accept PRs

Yep! Community moderators on piefed can maintain a wiki for their community. The 1.2 release that just came out has a couple improvements to the wiki to help with markdown styling to make it more closely match markdown rendering elsewhere on the site.
