They are blind or visually impaired. They are doing the washing up. They are about to drive. They prefer dual coding by listening and reading at the same time. Their literacy levels are not as high as they would like. They are learning English as a foreign language and want to practise their listening skills. I am sure there are other reasons I haven't thought of.
