Mulch whatever is left. Turn them into compost. Use that compost to grow food.

I've seen the musculature of a dead body of an older person. Looks like turkey. I'm willing to try eating them. Hell, I had a turkey leg later that day.

There's coyotes in the woods out back. They'll go to town on fresh corpses! Haven't seen them in a minute, but there are loads of vultures around. You just have to "prepare" the corpse.
