Looking to move from Development to another role (lemmy.ca)

Just looking for some advice. Currently I work as a software developer, but I'm not so sure I want to stick with the development side of things.

Any possible recommendations or areas I can pivot to from this? I have a college diploma (3 years) and ~3 years of work experience.

Project management. Ops/SRE. Business intelligence. QA. Security.

Don't have qualifications for PM, but I could go get more. QA is not my cup of tea at all. Security is interesting, but I also don't have the background for it as it requires more computer science type stuff, and I'm not sure what SRE or Business Intelligence are.
